Nepal Investment Mega Bank Limited (NIMB) announces that it will not be distributing any dividends for the Fiscal Year 2080/81.
The Board Meeting of NIMB held on 26th Poush, 2081 has decided that the bank will not be distributing any dividend for FY 2080/81. However, the financial statements are subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the bank's upcoming Annual General Meeting.
The paid-up capital of the bank is 34.12 Crores. As of writing, NIMB has an LTP of Rs. 216.
