No Dividend To NIC Asia Laghubitta Shareholders For FY 2080/81

NIC Asia Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NICLBSL) announces that it will not be distributing any dividends for the Fiscal Year 2080/81.
The Board Meeting of NICLBSL held on 19th Poush, 2081 has decided that the bank will not be distributing any dividend for FY 2080/81. However, the financial statements are subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the bank's upcoming Annual General Meeting.
The paid-up capital of the bank is 1.73 Arba. As of writing, NICLBSL has an LTP of Rs. 655.90.
