No Dividend To Sampada Laghubitta Shareholders for FY 2080/81

Sampada Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMPDA) announces it will not distribute dividends for the Fiscal Year 2080/81.
The 15th Board Meeting of SMPDA held on Falgun 11, 2081 has decided that the company will not distribute any dividend for FY 2080/81. It is important to note that this decision is contingent upon the approval of the financial statements by the regulatory authority, Nepal Rastra Bank, and the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the company.
As of writing, SMPDA closed at Rs. 1,020.00.
