No Dividend To Unnati Sahakarya Laghubitta (USLB) Shareholders for FY 2078/79

Unnati Sahakarya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (USLB) announces that it will not be distributing any dividends for the Fiscal Year 2078/79.

The balance sheet of the Unnati Sahakarya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited for the year 2078/79 was approved at the 195th meeting of the board of directors conducted on Falgun 25, 2079 at 5:00 PM. The financial statements for 2078/79, which include the profit and loss account and cash flow statement, are also reviewed and submitted to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval.

In this regard, the company has also decided against the proposal to refrain from paying any dividends to shareholders out of the 2078/2079 profits. Previously, the company distributed 30% bonus dividend for the Fiscal Year 2077/2078.
