No Dividends to Shareholders of Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Limited for FY 2078/79

Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Limited (SRLI) has declared that it will not be distributing any dividends for the Fiscal Year 2078/79.
The 10th Board Meeting of SRIL held on Mangsir 22, 2080 has decided that the company will not distribute any dividends to its shareholders from the profit of FY 2078/79.
As of writing, the company's LTP is Rs. 470.
Earlier, Sanima Life Insurance (SLI) and Reliance Life Insurance (RLI) signed the merger agreement with each other on 29th Ashad, 2079. The company had signed a merger deal at a swap ratio of 1:1. SLI's total listed shares were 20,840,000 units, and that of RLI was 21,000,000 units making it a total of 41,840,000 unit shares after the merger.
After a successful merger, SLI and RLI commenced the joint transaction in the name of Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Limited (SRLI) from Chaitra 09, 2079.
The company has not announced any dividend thereafter.
