NRB to accept bids for auction of RMDC Laghubitta Promoter Shares till 5 PM today; minimum bid amount set at Rs.261 per share
Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) is selling its investment in promoter Shares of RMDC Laghubitta (RMDCPO) via auction. Today is the last day to place bids for the auction.
NRB has been selling 323,525 units of shares i.e. 4.05% holding having par value of Rs.100 per share. Only existing promoters can place their bids till 16th Shrawan, 2076 i.e. today till 5 PM. The bid opening date of the auction will be held on 19th Shrawan, 2076
The application forms are available NRB office, Baluwatar at a price of Rs.500 per form. The minimum bid for the shares have been set at Rs 261 per share. Bids below the minimum limit will not be accepted.
