NRB to auction total T-bills worth Rs.18.95 Arba; freshly issued bills worth Rs.11 Arba and renewed bills worth Rs.7.95 Arba

Nepal Rastra Bank is auctioning Treasury Bills worth Rs.11 Arba on Jestha 13, 2076 (May 27, 2019) i.e. tomorrow at 3 PM. The bills will be issued on Jestha 14, 2076.
The Rastra Bank is issuing treasury bills with three different maturity periods i.e. 91 days, 182 days and 364 days. T-bills with 91 days maturity period are worth Rs.3 Arba, T-bills with 182 days maturity are worth Rs.4 Arba and T-bills with 364 days are worth Rs.4 Arba.
The maturity of these T-bills are on Bhadra 10, 2076; Mangsir 10, 2076 and Jestha 13, 2077 respectively.
Along with this, NRB is also renewing auction for T-bills worth Rs.7.95 Arba, having different maturity periods, maturing on the above mentioned dates.
Out of the total offered amount, 15% is reserved for non-competitive bidders. Interested bidders can place their bids through Online Bidding System (OBS) only.
