NRN Infrastructure and Development Limited Appoints Nepal SBI Merchant Banking for Rights Share Issuance Management

NRN Infrastructure and Development Limited (NRN) has partnered with Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited to manage the issuance of 12,843,724 units of ordinary shares in a 1:1 rights share ratio to its existing shareholders, as approved by the company’s AGM for fiscal year 2080/81.

Established in 2069, NRN invests in sectors like hydropower, tourism, and hospitality. Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited, a subsidiary of Nepal SBI Bank Limited, offers investment and securities management services. This collaboration aims to enhance investment opportunities and strengthen Nepal’s capital market.
