NRN Infrastructure and Infrastructure Development Calls AGM on Kartik 17 With These Agendas

NRN Infrastructure and Development Limited (NRN) has called its 11th AGM on 17th Kartik, 2080. The meeting will be held in Amrapali Banquet, Thirabam Road, Kathmandu starting at 9 am.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal year 2079/80.
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) Appoint auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81 and determine their remuneration.
4) Approve the appointment made by the Board of Directors in the vacant position.
5) Make necessary amendments to the Articles of Association.
6) Misc.

Ashwin 30 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend the AGM.
