Old Website of NEPSE to Shut Down Permanently

The former website of the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) will be permanently shut down, according to a circular published by NEPSE.

The announcement states that starting on Kartik 27, 2079, the new NEPSE website, which has been functioning as a test up until this point, would be fully active.

After implementing online trading at NEPSE in stages, NEPSE held its inaugural electronic trading of securities on April 15, 2014. The first phase of trading dematerialized shares in the banking industry was launched by NEPSE on October 8, 2014.

NEPSE has advanced significantly during the course of 8 years. There are currently 278 companies listed on NEPSE that trade shares and securities online.
