Om Mega shree Pharmaceuticals Limited To Issue IPO; Prabhu Capital Appointed as Issue Manager

On Wednesday, Shrawan 11, 2079, at the pharmaceutical company's office in Baneshwar, Prabhu Capital Limited and Om Megashree Pharmaceuticals Limited inked an agreement to conduct a program to issue shares to the general public.

Om Megashree Pharmaceuticals Limited's chairman, Mr. Arjun Kumar Shrestha, and Prabhu Capital Limited's managing director, Mr. Dinesh Thakali, both signed the contract on behalf of their respective companies.

The pharmaceutical manufacturing facility of Om Megashree Pharmaceuticals Limited, situated in Bharatpur 29, Chitwan, produces medications in accordance with European Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Standards and Nepal Government Pharmaceuticals. Permission has been granted for the manufacturing of 31 different types of medications, while the remaining goods are awaiting clearance, allowing the Department of Management to begin the procedure for the production of 56 various types of medicines.
