Nepal Finance Limited (NFS) has declared a one-day book closure date on 21st Baisakh, 2079 for its rights offering. The shareholders maintained before that day are eligible to apply for the right shares.
The company had proposed to issue the right shares in a 1:0.70 ratio. The company submitted its proposal to the regulator on Kartik 01, 2078. SEBON then approved the proposal on Chaitra 08. The finance company will issue a total of 34,54,474.2750 shares to eligible shareholders.
