Online Banking Services Temporarily Suspended for System Upgrades

To enhance its operational infrastructure, online banking services across various platforms will undergo temporary suspension today, commencing from 1 PM. The interruption is attributed to ongoing upgrades to the Phonepay system, responsible for managing payments.

In concordance with statements issued by several banks, all online services, inclusive of QR transfers and fund transactions, will remain inaccessible during the stipulated period from 1 PM to 5 PM. However, banks have offered assurances to customers, affirming the resumption of online services to normalcy after 5 PM.
