Online Nominations Open for 9th ICT Award 2024

Online nominations for the 9th ICT Award, a prestigious technology award in the field of Information and Communication Technology, are now open from 1st Shrawan. Organized by Living with ICT, this year’s award includes 14 categories, with the new addition of the 'Social Innovation ICT Award 2024.' The award covers various aspects of the technology sector, such as startups, innovations, digital services, and education.

The selection process involves numerous pre-events, meetings, and procedures, and the jury consists of over 15 members and 10 advisors. Initiated in 2016, the award now also includes the 'Provincial ICT Startup Recognition' and the 'South Asia Startup ICT Award,' the latter targeting South Asian countries.

There are three main categories for nominations:

1. Category A: Startups, innovations, and products (Startup ICT Award, Product ICT Award, Rising Star Innovation ICT Award, Social Innovation ICT Award).

2. Category B: Contributions to society and the nation through ICT (Professional Excellence ICT Award, Pioneer ICT Award, Entrepreneurs ICT Award, Woman Icon ICT Award, Nepali Diaspora ICT Award).

3. Category C: Efforts and practices of government and private organizations in digital transformation (Digital Education ICT Award for public and private sectors, Digital Governance ICT Award, Digital Services ICT Award).

The 'South Asia Startup ICT Award' allows participation from South Asian countries. Nominations can be submitted online until 15th Bhadra via the official website www.ictaward.org.
