Only 4,000 Units Allotted in HBL's Auction Bid Opening of SWBBL Promoter Shares; 1,86,652 Shares Unsold
The bids received in HBL's auction of Swabalamban Laghubitta (SWBBL) promoter shares have been opened. The bank had auctioned 1,90,652 unit promoter shares of the microfinance company from 26th Jestha to 29th Ashad, 2078.
Rs. 751 was the minimum bid rate and 1000 was the minimum bid quantity.
Himalayan Capital Limited was appointed the auction manager. Bids were opened at the premises of the auction manager on Ashad 30. According to the auction manager, bidders have been allotted only 4,000 units. Thus, the auction couldn't receive bids for the remaining 1,86,652 units.
