Open From Today: "9.50% NCC Rinpatra 2086"

Nepal Credit and Commerce Bank Limited has issued "9.50% NCC Rinpatra 2086" today. The Rinpatra has issued a total of 30,00,000 units at a par value of Rs. 1,000 per unit. This issue will close on 18th Chaitra, 2077. If not subscribed till the early closing date, this issue can be extended till 27th Chaitra.

While 18 lakh units will be subscribed via private placement, 11.4 lakh units has been issued to the general public. The remaining 60,000 units are reserved for mutual funds. Investors can apply for a minimum of 25 units and a maximum of 3 lakh units.

ICRA Nepal has given this Rinpatra a rating of L Triple B. Issues with this rating are considered safe enough to meet their financial objective.
