Oriental Hotel (OHL) Calls AGM on Ashwin 25; Book Closure for 5.2632% dividend on Ashwin 12

Oriental Hotel Limited (OHL) has called its 26th AGM on 25th Ashwin, 2080. The meeting will be held in the Nepal Administrative Training Institute, Jawalakhel, Lalitpur, starting at 11 am that day.
These are the agendas of the AGM:
1) Endorse the annual report of the fiscal year 2079/80.
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PNL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) Endorsement of 5.2632% Cash Dividend worth Rs 5,93,73,180.93 (including tax) for the FY 2079/80.
4) Endorse the appointment of the auditor and determination of their remuneration for the fiscal year 2080/81.
Books will be closed on Ashwin 12. The LTP of OHL is Rs. 779.
OHL has announced dividend after the interval of 3 fiscal year. Last time the company had announced 15.79% dividend on 2075/76 financial year.
