Over 400 Agents of National Life Insurance Receive Technical Training from Insurance Institute of India

National Life Insurance Company Limited organized a specialized training program for its agents and marketing staff in collaboration with the Insurance Institute of India, College of Insurance, in Kolkata. Agents and marketing employees who achieved their set targets across Nepal were eligible to participate in the training.

The training program, chaired by College Principal Mr. B.K. Nayak, included sessions conducted by visiting faculty members such as Mr. J. Sen, Mr. Mihir Goswami, and Mr. Anirban Shah. The principal inaugurated the event, extending a warm welcome to the participants and appreciating the company’s effort in providing such a significant learning opportunity.

Topics covered during the training included "Innovative Prospecting" by Mr. Mihir Goswami and "Business Continuity Cycle" by Mr. Anirban Shah, offering practical insights and strategies to enhance insurance sales and sustain client relationships. Certificates of completion were distributed to over 400 participants, who expressed gratitude to National Life for facilitating this prestigious learning opportunity.
