Paicho Pasal Partners with NIC ASIA Capital for IPO to Boost Agricultural Sector and Empower Farmers

NIC ASIA Capital Limited and Paicho Pasal Pvt. Ltd. have agreed to Paicho Pasal’s Initial Public Offering (IPO), with NIC ASIA Capital serving as the Issue Manager. Paicho Pasal, an agribusiness enterprise focused on supporting smallholder farmers in Nepal, produces high-quality consumer products like tomato ketchup, pickles, and jams from high-altitude vegetables.

In addition to its food business, Paicho Pasal supports farmers with technical guidance, post-harvest solutions, and market access, fostering rural development. The IPO marks a significant step in the company's growth, aligning with broader agricultural development goals in Nepal. The CASA program, supported by the FCDO, is guiding Paicho’s growth and preparation for the public market.
