Palung Khola Hydro appoints Prabhu Capital as issue manager to float 19 lakh unit shares in IPO;21 MW hydro project in Taplejung under construction

Palung Khola Hydro, the developer of 21 MW Hydropower project at Taplejung district has appointed Prabhu Capital as issue manager for the issuance of 19 lakh unit shares to the project-affected, Nepalese migrant workers and the general public.

The agreement was signed between Mr.  Pushpa Jyoti Dhungana, Executive Chairman of the hydro developer and MD of the merchant banker Mr.      Dinesh Thakali, amid a program, as per the media statement.

The hydropower project is constructing a 21 MW project at Mikhuwa gaupalika in Taplejung district, as per the media statement.
