Panchakanya Steel Achieves CII GreenPro Certification for TMT Rebar

Panchakanya Steel Pvt. Ltd., part of the Panchakanya Group, has earned the CII GreenPro certification for its TMT Rebar for 2024, becoming the first industrial group in Nepal to achieve this milestone. Executive Director Mr. Ujjwal Kumar Shrestha received the certificate on October 16, 2024, in New Delhi.

This certification recognizes products that meet strict environmental standards, reinforcing Panchakanya Steel's commitment to sustainability and quality. The event also featured a memorandum of understanding between India and New Zealand aimed at promoting low-carbon emission materials. Participants highlighted the urgency of adopting eco-friendly technologies in light of ongoing global temperature rises and environmental concerns.
