Panchthar Power Company calls AGM; What are the Agendas?

Panchthar Power Company Limited (PPCL) has called its 4th and 5th AGM on Falgun 24, i.e. March 08. The AGM will be streamed virtually for investors starting at 11 am that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

a) Endorsement of Annual Reports presented by the Board of Directors.
b) Endorsement of Auditor's Report for the fiscal years 2075/76 and 2076/77.
c) Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2077/78.
d) Election of 6 board members from promoters and 2 from the public investors.

The book closure date is announced on Falgun 11. Investors maintained before that day are eligible to attend the AGM.
