Parbat Paiyu Khola Hydropower Company Limited called its SGM on 3rd Ashad, 2081. The meeting will be held in the Company's Register Office, Tokha-5, Kathmandu, starting at 10:00 AM.
These are the agendas:
1) Endorsement of the report of the company
2) There is an agenda with a proposal to issue ordinary shares of the company to the general public.
3) To appoint an independent director and fix the director's fee.
4) To make necessary amendments to the articles of association and regulations.
