Pashupati Renewables Limited Appoints NMB Capital Limited as Issue and Sales Manager for Upcoming IPO

Pashupati Renewables Limited has appointed NMB Capital Limited as the issue and sales manager for its initial public offering (IPO).

The agreement was signed by Dr. Sandeep Shah, Chairman of Pashupati Renewables Limited, and Mr. Deepesh Kumar Vaidya, CEO of NMB Capital Limited.

Shah stated that the IPO process will proceed promptly after meeting regulatory requirements.

Pashupati Renewables, focused on alternative energy, is swiftly advancing construction on its 10 MW and 15 MW Dharamnagar Solar Farm projects.
