Due to an outbreak of a pandemic disease, many people are dying all around the world and we are fighting together to overcome this situation. But there are some people who are fighting alone with their mind. People are going through very tough situation as people have nothing to do and they're trapped in this monotonous life.

If you're one of them who always require someone to be with then you might be feeling alone and lonely and might also be going through a difficult time both mentally and emotionally.

If you are workaholic then you might be thinking about the work load you're going to face after this lockdown is over and you might be stressing over.

If you aren't able to meet your close ones, you might be going through the hard times because of the communication gap.

But that's okay, we are humans. And it's high time to do away with all these mental issues. There are so many things that you can do in this lockdown.

Make sure to do everything that makes you happy. Do all those things that you always wanted to do but you lacked time in the past. So that you wouldn't get spare time to over think as you would be busy being productive.

As the lockdown started I engaged myself in watching series. I used to watch series day and night. However, when I got news that this lockdown is going to continue for a long time, I decided to spend my time wisely. I decided to do those things that I'd always wanted to do but I wasn't able to do it due to the lack of time. I would say that I am making myself productive by doing these activities.

There's a little space in my balcony. I planted seeds and started watering it everyday. I made watering plants a part of my every morning routine. All you need is a little space , a little soil, a little water, a little light and so much of love and care. You'd get more results than you had expected if you give time and hardwork. I bet you'll feel so satisfying and so happy to see them grow and bloom. You'll be proud of yourself.

Many makeup artists are offering free makeup classes online. There are so many YouTube tutorials that would help you to practice everything that you want to learn. I started learning makeup and I am still learning. I also joined the makeup class of makeup artist Ixya karki via her Instagram live.

I do blogging but I wasn't able to give time to it. I've started writing on mental health nowadays to create awareness among people.

I've always wanted to remain fit and make fitness my lifestyle. I thought that it's the best time to start. So, I've made changes in my diet. As am in my home and I am not able to go outside to eat, it won't ruin my eating routine. I practice yoga and meditation. I follow Sadhguru and Gaur Gopal Das. I follow their teachings. I have also made a daily workout routine. I try different fitness challenges like plank challenge, pushup challenge, squats challenge etc. Recently I am trying the Chloe Ting's abs workout challenge.

I've also started enhancing my cooking skills. I am trying my own recipes and also some of the great recipes online. I've also enhanced my skills on dancing and singing. I decorated my room and did some wall crafts as well.

I discovered that there were some novels lying on my bookshelf and I wasn't able to take out my time to read them. Now, I've started reading them. Recently I am reading phool ko ankhama by Ani Choing Dolma.

I am fond of board games that I used to play in childhood like Ludo, snakes and ladder, carom board, etc. I thought it is the right time to relive my childhood memories. Those games were in my store room. I took them out and I started playing with my family members.

More importantly, I am spending my time taking care of myself. I make a face pack using the available ingredients in my home. I even take ideas of DIY hair masks and face mask through internet.

All in all, the ongoing health crises has convinced me in believing that just being alive happily is the greatest gift to mankind.
