Pokhara Finance appoints Prabhu Capital as its share registrar

Pokhara Finance has appointed Prabhu Capital as its share registrar.
The MoU regarding the same was signed between the CEO of the finance company Mr. Ravi Chandra Gurung and Chief Business Officer of the merchant banker Mr. Bashu Thapaliya to be effective from Poush 5, as per the media statement.
