Police Seize Large Quantity of Gold and Silver in Nepalgunj, Four Arrested
In a significant operation, police in Nepalgunj have arrested four individuals and seized a large quantity of gold and silver. The District Police Office, Banke, led by Deputy Superintendent of Police Narayan Dangi, confirmed the confiscation of 34 tolas of gold (equivalent to approximately 396 grams), 10.5 kilograms of silver, and a vehicle.
The arrests were made at a gold shop in the town, though the shop owner managed to escape before the police arrived. The identities of those arrested have not yet been disclosed, as the investigation is still ongoing.
