PPMO Blacklists Two Additional Builders Following Prime Ministerial Directive

The Public Procurement Monitoring Office (PPMO) has announced the blacklisting of two additional builders/suppliers following a decision by the Office of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers on April 1.

Naresh Prasad Ojha from Kathmandu and Kanti Devi Mishra from Shree JMBD International, Chabahil, have been blacklisted according to Section 63 (1) of the Public Procurement Act, 2063 BS.

Just yesterday, the PPMO took action against 26 builders/suppliers by issuing notices demanding written clarifications. This proactive measure demonstrates the PPMO's commitment to ensuring accountability and transparency in public procurement processes.
