PPMO Imposes Blacklist on 18 Contractors and Suppliers, Banning Public Contracts

The Public Procurement Monitoring Office (PPMO) has blacklisted 18 construction contractors and suppliers, prohibiting them from participating in any public procurement process. The decision, effective immediately, was made in accordance with Section 63 (9) of the Public Procurement Act, 2007.

In a public notice issued on Monday, the PPMO stated that these companies are barred from participating in public procurement activities for the duration of their blacklisting.
