Prabhu Bank allots its 10.25% Prabhu Bank Debenture 2086; bank’s Rs 1 arba worth debenture gets sufficient buyers within initial stipulated deadline

Prabhu Bank has allotted its 10.25% Prabhu Bank Debenture program 2086 on Kartik 29, 2076. The bank had floated Rs 1 arba worth of debenture program with 10 years maturity period, 10.25% interest yield paid semi-annually.
The bank had issued Rs 40 crore worth debentures for the individual investors while Rs 60 crore to the institutional investors from Kartik 21, 2076 which all got fully subscribed within the initial closing deadline of Kartik 25, 2076, as per the media statement.
