Prabhu Capital allots 2.40 lakh unit shares of Maya Khola Hydropower Company to migrant Nepalese workers; 8257 valid applicants received ordinary shares as per allotment guidelines

Prabhu Capital has allotted 2.40 lakh unit ordinary shares of Maya Khola Hydropower Company to the migrant Nepalese workers on Poush 22, 2079.

The issue had received an application from 8,807 applicants for 7.74 lakh unit shares where only 8,257 applicants were valid. Those who applied from 10 units to 30 unit shares received the demanded quantity while those applying from 40 units to 6300 units received 30 units each followed by 24, 330 units remaining shares allotted on a proportionate basis to those who fall under the category of 40 units to 6300 unit applications shares, as per the media statement.
