Prabhu Capital Declares Book Closure Date for Proposed Dividend of Prabhu Select Fund

Prabhu Capital Limited has declared the book closure date for the dividend of its closed-end mutual fund scheme. 12th Ashwin 2080 is the book closure date. Thus, unit holders maintained till the 11th Ashwin are entitled to the dividend payout.
The 187th meeting of the board of directors of Prabhu Capital held on Bhadra 25 has decided to distribute a 9.50% cash dividend to the unitholders of Prabhu Select Fund (PSF) for the fiscal year 2079/80. This is the fund's first dividend after being listed in NEPSE.
Prabhu Select Fund (PSF), sponsored by Prabhu Bank and managed by Prabhu Capital, is a closed-end fund with a maturity of 7 years and a fund size of Rs 1.25 Arba. Its NAV stood at Rs. 11 till Ashad's end.
