Prabhu Capital Declares Book Closure Date for Proposed Dividend of Prabhu Select Fund And Prabhu Smart Fund

Prabhu Capital Limited has declared the book closure date for the dividend of its closed-end mutual fund scheme. 14th Ashwin is the book closure date. Thus, unit holders maintained till the 13th Ashwin are entitled to the dividend payout.
The 198th meeting of the board of directors of Prabhu Capital held on Bhadra 31 has decided to distribute a 10% cash dividend to the unitholders of Prabhu Select Fund (PSF) and an 8.50% cash dividend (including tax) to the unitholders of Prabhu Smart Fund (PRSF) for the fiscal year 2080/81.
Prabhu Select Fund (PSF) is a closed-end fund with a maturity of 7 years, while Prabhu Smart Fund (PRSF) is a closed-end fund with a maturity of 10 years. Both funds are sponsored by Prabhu Bank and managed by Prabhu Capital.
For the month of Ashadh, the Net Asset Value (NAV) of PSF is reported at Rs. 11.50, with a closing value of Rs. 10.70. The NAV of PRSF stands at Rs. 11.52, and it closed at Rs. 10.47.
