Prabhu Capital Distributed Cash Dividend to Unit Holders of "Prabhu Select Fund"

Prabhu Capital Limited has distributed a 9.5% cash dividend of "Prabhu Select Fund" directly to the bank account of its unit holders and has urged them to dematerialize their shares.
The fund had announced to distribution of a 9.5% return for the last fiscal year 2079/2080. The fund closed its books on Ashwin 12 for the purpose of cash dividends. The fund has deposited the returns in the bank accounts of the unit holders who were maintained before the book closure date i.e. Ashwin 11.
The merchant bank has requested unitholders to update their bank information in the Demat account should be updated as soon as possible.
Additionally, if eligible investors had taken a loan against the shares of the company should present a No Objection Letter from their lending institution to receive the dividend.
