Prabhu Capital Limited Auctions Promoter Shares of Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta Starting Today
Prabhu Capital Limited has begun the auction of promoter shares of Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (JBLB) from today, 27th Magh, through to 4th Falgun, 2081.
A total of 8,00,000 units of JBLB promoter shares will be available for auction to eligible promoter shareholders, qualified individuals, companies, and institutions.
The minimum bid price has been set at Rs. 550, with a minimum bid quantity of 1,000 units, and no upper limit on the number of shares.
NIC Asia Capital is overseeing the auction as the auction manager. At the time of writing, JBLB's market closing price stands at Rs. 1,410.00.
