Prabhu Capital Limited (PRABHU) has called its 15th AGM on 19th Ashwin, 2080. The meeting will be held in Aranya Boutique Hotel and Restaurant, Nagpokhari Marga, Kathmandu, Starting at 1:00 PM that day.
Other agendas include:
1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal year 2079/80.
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, Balance Sheet, Financial reports, and cash flow reports of the FY 2079/80.
3) Endorse the appointment of the auditor and determination of their remuneration for the fiscal year 2080/81.
4) In the FY 2079/80, 6.3158% cash dividend will be distributed from the profit earned, including tax.
5)To approve the appointment of Director.
