Prabhu Capital Signs IPO Advisory Agreement with Bizbell Ltd.

Prabhu Capital Ltd., a leading merchant bank in Nepal, has signed an agreement with Bizbell Ltd., an independent power producer, to provide Corporate Advisory services for its Road to IPO process.

The agreement was signed by Aasis Gauchan, MD of Prabhu Capital, and Sushil Pokhrel, Founder of Bizbell Ltd., in the presence of key industry figures.

Under this agreement, Prabhu Capital will assist Bizbell Ltd. with pre-IPO and IPO-related services, including capital structuring, marketability, equity raising, and IPO preparedness. Established in 2014, Bizbell Ltd. is a major player in renewable energy, managing 1000 MW in clean energy projects while driving sustainable development in Nepal.

This partnership marks a crucial milestone for Bizbell Ltd.'s IPO journey, with Prabhu Capital's expertise in investment banking playing a pivotal role in ensuring its market readiness.
