Prabhu Insurance convenes its 27th AGM; endorses 7.05% dividend to its shareholders

Prabhu Insurance has convened its 27th AGM for the FY 2078-79 under the leadership of its chairman on Falgun 23, 2079.
Apart from the regular fiscal reports, The AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 6.70% bonus shares and 0.35% cash dividend for taxation to its shareholders, as per the media statement.
