Prabhu Life and Mahalaxmi Life Insurance jointly unveil new logo to be used after merger process; new institution to float FPO targeting Rs 90 crore in premium collection

Prabhu Life Insurance and Mahalaxmi Life Insurance have jointly unveiled the logo of the company which is due to be used following the completion of the ongoing merger process between these two life insurance companies.
These companies combined have 167 branches and 449 employees across the nation, will have combined paid-up capital of Rs 429.6 crore, and are also mulling to float FPO with Rs 90 crore in the premium collection, as per the media statement.
