Prabhu Select Fund (PSF) Proposes 9.50% Cash Dividend For FY 2079/80

Prabhu Select Fund (PSF) has declared a 9.50% cash dividend to the unit holders for FY 2079/80. This is the fund's first dividend after being listed in NEPSE.

The 187th meeting of the board of directors of Prabhu Capital held on Bhadra 25 has decided to distribute a 9.50% cash dividend to the unitholders of Prabhu Select Fund (PSF) for the fiscal year 2079/80.

Prabhu Select Fund (PSF), sponsored by Prabhu Bank and managed by Prabhu Capital, is a closed-end fund with a maturity of 7 years and a fund size of Rs 1.25 Arba. Its NAV stood at Rs. 11 till Ashad's end.

The fund has an LTP of Rs. 8.67. The book closure date for the proposed dividend is yet to be published.
