Premier Insurance auctioning 1,03,700 units promoter shares of Citizen Investment Trust from 11th Chaitra

Premier Insurance Company (Nepal) Limited is going to auction 1,03,700 units promoter shares of Citizen Investment Trust. The auction will open on 11th Chaitra and close on 19th Chaitra, 2077.

Only banks and financial institutions, and insurance companies are eligible to bid in the auction.

Rs. 1,350 is the minimum bid rate for the auction. While the minimum bid quantity is 100 units, there is no upper limit. Although bidders can bid for the entirety of the issue, any quantity in between should be divisible by 10.

Nabil Invest is appointed the auction manager. 

As of writing, Citizen Investment Trust's last day closing price of ordinary shares stands at Rs. 4,362 per share.
