Price of Gold Declines by Rs. 1,000 Per Tola Today, Silver Trading at Rs. 1,900
The fine gold market has undergone a significant change, with prices decreasing by Rs. 1,000 per tola.
According to the latest update from the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association (FENEGOSIDA), fine gold is currently priced at Rs. 159,100 per tola, down from the previous rate of Rs. 160,100 per tola.
Tejabi gold has also seen a drop, now priced at Rs. 158,400 per tola, reflecting a Rs. 1,000 decrease from the earlier rate of Rs. 159,400 per tola.
This decline follows a recent peak on October 4, 2024, when fine gold reached a record high of Rs. 161,300 per tola.
In addition, silver prices have fallen by Rs. 40 per tola, with the current rate at Rs. 1,900 per tola, compared to Rs. 1,940 the previous day.
The decrease in prices is evident both domestically and internationally, with gold trading globally at $2,620.40 per ounce, and silver valued at $30.68 per ounce.
