Price of Gold Spikes Up By Rs. 1,000 in Nepalese Market; Trading Today at Rs. 1,45,700
The price of the highly coveted yellow metal has risen by Rs. 1,000 per tola today compared to the previous day's rates.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association (FENEGOSIDA), the current price for fine gold is Rs. 1,45,700 per tola, marking a notable increase from the previous day's Rs. 1,44,700 per tola.
Similarly, Tejabi gold prices have surged to Rs. 1,45,000 per tola, reflecting an increase of Rs. 1,000 from the previous day's price of Rs. 1,44,000 per tola.
On July 17, 2024, fine gold peaked at Rs. 149,800 per tola, illustrating the volatility in the precious metals market.
Meanwhile, the cost of silver has also seen an uptick of Rs. 10 per tola, with the new price now set at Rs. 1,740 per tola, up from the previous day's Rs. 1,730 per tola.
