Price of Gold Spikes Up By Rs. 600 in Nepalese Market; Trading Today at Rs. 1,41,600
The price of the highly coveted yellow metal has increased by Rs. 600 per tola today compared to yesterday's rates.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association (FENEGOSIDA), the current price for fine gold is Rs. 1,41,600 per tola, marking a notable rise from yesterday's Rs. 1,41,000 per tola.
Similarly, the price for Tejabi gold now stands at Rs. 1,40,900 per tola, reflecting an increase of Rs. 600 from the previous day's price of Rs. 1,40,300 per tola.
The highest price for fine gold was recorded on June 7, 2024, when it reached Rs. 1,45,000 per tola.
Additionally, the cost of silver has also seen an uptick of Rs. 5 per tola, setting the new price at Rs. 1,820 per tola, up from yesterday's Rs. 1,815 per tola.
While domestic markets continue their ascent, international dynamics remain influential. Currently, the latest international gold rate stands at $2,312.20 per ounce, with silver priced at $29.31 per ounce in the global market.
