Prices of oil and gold spiking amid US-Iran tensions; Gold price hits new high after US base in Iraq is attacked

The tensions between Iran and US is spiking as each are retailating more forcefully. Missiles were fired in multiple locations in Iraq including the US base. This has further aggravated the situation.
This tension has led to rise in prices of gold and oil. The price of crude oil increased by 4% reaching Rs $65.32 per barrel. Likewise the gold price in also rising and has hit a new high after eight years.
The price of fine gold per tola in Nepal as of Poush 23, 2076 (Today) stands at Rs 76,500.
