Prime Commercial bank appoints RBB Merchant Banking as its debenture registrar; to perform overall tasks for debenture holders of PCBL

Prime Commercial Bank has appointed RBB Merchant Banking as its debenture registrar.
The agreement was signed between the CEO of the bank Mr. Narayan Das Manandhar and CEO of RBB Merchant Banking Mr. Badri Prashad Pyakurel amid a program.
Following the understanding, RBB Merchant Banking will now function as a complete service provider to the debenture holders of PCBL, as per the media statement.
