He cited an incident in Lalitpur as an example of the government's failure to meet public expectations. 8. Eliminating Unnecessary Committees and Structures: He advised against creating unnecessary committees and structures, focusing instead on tangible results.

12. Simplifying Asset Disclosure Requirements: He highlighted the complexities in asset disclosure, including the need to show sources when selling personal assets, and called for a systematic approach to resolve these issues.

13. Increasing Development Expenditure: Addressing the budget concerns, PM Oli pointed out the disparity between regular and development expenditures, urging timely capital expenditure to deliver results to the public.

14. Timely Payments for Insurance, VAT, and Farmers: Delays in insurance payouts, VAT refunds, and payments to farmers for milk and sugarcane must be resolved to prevent hardships for those who have invested through loans.

15. Timely Contractor Payments: Contractors should be paid promptly for completed projects, without any undue delays due to unresolved issues.

16. Maintaining Fiscal Discipline: Emphasizing fiscal discipline, PM Oli called for systematic distribution of grants and encouraged monitoring to prevent misuse of subsidies.

17. Stabilizing Market Enthusiasm: Encouraging the maintenance of market enthusiasm generated by the monetary policy, PM Oli advised against expanding tax rates excessively.

18. Operationalizing Dharahara: The newly rebuilt Dharahara should be operationalized promptly, resolving issues like parking management to allow public access.

22. Regularizing National Talent Awards: The national talent award, initiated with an international prize donated by PM Oli, should be regularized to encourage talent.

23. Improving Transport Safety: Measures should be taken to enhance safety in aviation and road transport, including planting deep-rooted trees along highways and ensuring safe designs for new constructions.

24. Addressing Pesticide Use in Vegetables: A decision regarding the use of pesticides in vegetables and quarantine measures should be made within three months.

25. Supporting the Private Sector: Collaboration with the private sector is essential, and their concerns should be addressed.

26. Integrating Housing with Livelihood: Housing programs for squatters should be practical, ensuring access to markets and livelihoods, rather than relocating them to isolated areas without proper facilities.

These directives aim to enhance governance, ensure efficient service delivery, and foster national development in line with the government's vision of a "Prosperous Nepal, Happy Nepali."
