Promoter (Auctioned Rights) Shares of Multipurpose Finance (MPFL) Are Now Listed in NEPSE

17,59,621 units promoter shares of Multipurpose Finance Company Limited (MPFL) are now listed in NEPSE. These were the auctioned rights shares that were unclaimed by eligible promoters during the rights offering.

The company auctioned its 17,59,621 units of promoter shares from 28th Falgun, 2077. The auction concluded on 13th Chaitra, 2077 and the allotment concluded on 23rd Chaitra. According to the auction manager, Rs. 105 is the cut-off price for the auction. Thus, bidders who bid at or above the cut-off price have been allotted. Also, all the auctioned shares have been allotted in their entirety.

As of writing, the ordinary shares of MPFL have an LTP of Rs. 216 while the promoter shares of the company have an LTP of Rs. 118.
