Promoter Shares of Asha Laghubitta (ALBSL) and National Microfinance Laghubitta (NMFBS) in Auction
The existing promotes of Asha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ALBSL) and National Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NMFBS) are auctioning the company's promoter shares.
51,990 unit promoter shares of ALBSL will be auctioned from 5th Ashwin to 13th Ashwin, 2079. Existing promoters, individual investors, companies, and institutions are all eligible to bid for an auction. Rs. 395 is the minimum bid rate. The minimum bid quantity for promoters’ shares is 6000 units. Although bidders can bid for the entirety of the issue, they are required to abide by the Nepal Rastra Bank's rule to not exceed the specified quantity of shares per entity.
Prabhu Capital is appointed as the auction manager. Bids will open at the premises of the auction manager on Ashwin 14 starting at 11 am that day.
Similarly, National Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NMFBS) is auctioning 17,943 unit promoters shares to the general public from today i.e. 30th Bhadra and will conclude on 5th Ashwin, 2079.
The general public, companies, and institutions are all eligible to bid in the auction. Rs. 750 is the minimum bid rate for the auction. While the minimum bid quantity is 100 units, there is no upper limit. Although bidders can bid for the entirety of the issue, they are required to abide by Nepal Rastra Bank's rule to not exceed the specified quantity of shares per entity.
NIBL Ace Capital is appointed as the auction manager. Bids will open at the premises of the auction manager on Ashwin 06 starting at 10 am that day.
