Promoter Shares of Greenlife Hydropower Limited in Auction from Today
The existing promoter of Greenlife Hydropower Limited (GLH) is auctioning 10,00,000 units of shares to the interested promoter shareholders from today.
10,00,000 units of promoter shares will be auctioned. Only existing promoters are eligible to bid for the auction within 35 days from this notice's publication date, i.e. 23rd Bhadra.
Bids should be submitted at the company’s central office. If no bids are received from existing promoter shareholders within the designated period, the shares will be offered to the general public at a later date.
GLH closed at Rs. 272.00.
